Pet Set – Return & Exchange Policy

At Pet Set, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure every product meets your expectations. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Pet Food:

Only unopened and sealed food packages are eligible for return or exchange.

Food items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.


Accessories:

Accessories can be returned or exchanged only if undamaged, unused, and with original packaging and tags intact.


Return/Exchange Time Frame:

Claims must be made within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.

No claim or return request will be accepted after 3 days under any circumstances.

 

2. How to Return or Exchange

Local Customers (Walk-in):

Local customers can return or exchange eligible items directly at our store within the allowed period.


Online / Delivery Orders:

In case of return or exchange via courier, delivery and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Pet Set is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipment.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or expired pet food.

Any item damaged after purchase due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance.

Customized or special-order products.


4. Condition of Returned Goods

All returned items are subject to inspection. Pet Set reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions (e.g., opened packaging, removed tags, or damaged items).

5. Refund or Replacement

Approved returns may be eligible for replacement or store credit only (no cash refunds).

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after inspection of the returned product.


6. Company Rights

Pet Set reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Pet Set’s standard terms and local business laws.
